J & S Richardson Construction is a successful family owned and operated general contracting company founded in Pennsylvania during the 1980s. A family vacation to explore the beautiful San Juan Mountain region in 1993 left an overwhelming impression and six years later we found ourselves moving to the western slope.
What we do
We build full custom homes from start to completion, additions, renovations and project management are just a sample of what Richardson Construction provides. Alongside with our on-site capabilities, we also offer custom cabinetry, built-ins and steel work at our 3,000 square foot shop in Montrose. Our talented staff works with customers to develop and design one of a kind finishes to make your home/project one of a kind.

Throughout the years of working in Telluride we have developed a reputation for efficiency, cost effectiveness and professional time management. While refining our construction practices we have established trusted relationships with talented subcontractors, tradesmen and project suppliers.
